Ruby is Managing Director of AIA, based at the head office in Brisbane.

From humble beginning of her own migration journey to Australia, Ruby has developed her passion to help immigrants find a better life. Navigating through complex and evolving Australian Migration law thrills her to find solution to individuals and corporate with varied needs.

Commencing her career as a sales professional in the telecommunications industry, she has managed several roles in HR, Health, hospitality, real estate, and legal practice.

As the Managing Director, she has overseen the development and implementation of AIA’s immigration services across a range of organisations within both the public and private sectors. She provides the team with deep, specialised advice ensuring each project is performed with excellence in accordance with best practice, deriving the best outcomes, and ensuring delivery quality and satisfaction.

With over 10 years of experience providing immigration advice and assistance to Australian state and federal government organisations, she is a senior migration agent with consulting experience and highly sought after international business visa and employer sponsored visa advisor.

Her past 15 years of relevant industry experience and abilities include construction & engineering, health, aged care, manufacturing, Infrastructure, hospitality, mining, agriculture, professional services/accounting, education, food and meat industry.

Ms Nataliya Waszkiewicz completed formal qualifications in Australian Migration Law and Practice and Master’s Degree in International Relations at Griffith University and using her professional skills and knowledge in career as a Migration Agent. Nataliya brings to this position extensive previous experience in Administration, Customer Service and Business Operations roles, which enabled her to develop strong communication, relationship building, problem solving and organisational skills.

Haifaa is a Registered Migration Agent since April 2023. Haifaa studied a degree of Australian migration law and practice in Griffith university and graduated in 2021 with the Griffith Award of Academic Excellence. She is dedicated to finding the best and most suitable solution for her clients while focusing on assisting them through their migration journey to Australia. Being initially a migrant herself, Haifaa is invested in providing the required support for people pursuing a better life, careers and opportunities in Australia. Peter also brings more than three and a half years of experience as an Assistant Night Manager at Scape, with a strong background in customer service and accommodation operations. Miss Susy Raj has been with the company for more than 4 years. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with solid work experience in executive administration, general administration, sales and marketing, and customer service at airlines and banking sector. She has a range of skills includes problem solving, dispute resolution and overall customer satisfaction. She enjoys working on a myriad of projects and is adept at providing professional administrative work.

Susy graduated from Madras Christian College with a B.Com. in Accounts. She had also undergone different trainings and programs in relation Business management. She had learnt to work with computer systems and applications.

Susy assists all our clients in booking consultations and with their initial enquiries. She is experienced with accounting, business administration and client relationships. She also works as part of our migration support team, providing administrative assistance, where She enjoys assisting and supporting with migration matters for our agents as they guide their clients through the migration process.

Having immigrated to Australia herself, she understands the stress associated with the migration process, which is why she is dedicated to ensuring all AIA clients succeed in their visa applications. Her customer focus and high attention to detail makes her valuable team member. She strives to help her clients accomplish their migration goals.

Jane is a dedicated and driven Administrative Assistant with more than 5 years of experience in legal administration, contract management, and bid processing, having worked with companies based in the Philippines, in Australia, and in the US. Known for having a proactive approach in sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of others. She is highly adaptable, always open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities. Her career has spanned various roles where she has effectively managed tasks, communicated with clients, and ensured smooth operations.
