  • Ideal for friends, family, colleagues, and community contacts.
  • The referred person must mention you or be introduced by you.
  • The reward applies once the paid consultation is booked, paid, and completed.

This is the easiest way to help someone access trusted migration advice while giving them a small welcome benefit as well.

Corporate referrals

$500 THANK-YOU REWARD

For qualified introductions that lead to a corporate client engaging at least one paid full-service offering with AIA.

  • You recommend and introduce us to a key authorised representative of the organisation.
  • The introduction results in a booked meeting with a relevant decision-maker.
  • The organisation proceeds with at least one paid full-service corporate engagement.

This offer is intended for high-value, genuine business / corporate introductions (turnover >$5M) rather than casual lead passing.

Video & social testimonials

$50 THANK-YOU REWARD

When you record a positive testimonial video, post it to your highest-followed social media account, tag us, and give us permission to use it for marketing.

  • Helps us share real proof from real people, not just text reviews.
  • Can be completed by individuals or corporate representatives.
  • Applies only when the post, tag, and consent requirements are satisfied.

If you are happy to speak on camera, this is one of the most powerful ways to help future clients feel confident reaching out.

How the referral process works

We want this to be easy, and well-managed. Here is the simplest way to make sure your referral is tracked properly.

Make the introduction

Send the person to AIA, copy us into an email introduction, or contact us directly with their details and what help they need.

State it's a referral

The easiest way is for you or the referred person to clearly state your name when the enquiry is made so our team can track it.

We confirm the reward

Once the relevant milestone is reached, we confirm eligibility and arrange the rebate, reward, or credit securely and promptly.

Criteria

What counts as
a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is not just a name. It should be a genuine introduction, and recommendation, to a person or organisation that actually needs migration support from AIA and is willing to engage with us.

By following these simple standards, it helps us maintain quality, fairness, and a great experience for everyone involved.

The person or business has a real migration, sponsorship, visa, workforce, or strategic immigration need.
The contact details are accurate and the person is aware of the introduction.
The introduction is new to AIA and not already active in our pipeline.
The contact is relevant to the specific reward category being claimed.

Video & social media testimonial guidelines

We want these to feel real, warm, and authentic. Nothing over-produced. Nothing scripted to death. Just honest experiences from people we have genuinely helped.

  • Keep it short and natural Around 30 seconds is ideal. Speak naturally and in your own words.
  • Talk about your real experience Mention what AIA helped you with, how the process felt, and what stood out about the support you received.
  • Post it to your highest-followed account Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, TikTok, or another active social platform is fine.
  • Tag AIA clearly Tag or mention Australian Immigration Agency so we can find the post and reshare it where appropriate.
  • Give marketing consent You must also confirm that AIA may reuse the testimonial, video, and any associated imagery for marketing purposes.

Program Terms

We have intentionally kept these short, clear, and easy to understand.

  • The $50 referral reward and $50 referred-client credit apply only to new AIA clients.
  • The referred person must book, pay for, and complete a paid consultation.
  • The referral must be identifiable to your name at the time of enquiry or shortly after.
  • Only one referral reward applies per new referred person unless AIA agrees otherwise in writing.
  • AIA may refuse a claim where the referral cannot be verified or the contact was already known to us.
  • The $500 corporate referral reward applies only to a genuine, new corporate introduction.
  • The introduction must connect AIA with a key authorised representative or relevant decision-maker.
  • The organisation must engage AIA for at least one paid full-service offering (min spend $2,500 AUD) before the reward becomes payable.
  • The reward is not payable for duplicate, existing, or non-qualified corporate opportunities.
  • AIA may request reasonable evidence of the introduction to confirm eligibility.
  • The $50 thank-you reward applies only where the testimonial is positive, genuine, publicly posted, and compliant with the guidelines.
  • The post must be published to your highest-followed active social account and tag or clearly identify AIA.
  • You must give AIA permission to reuse the testimonial content, video, name, and image for marketing purposes.
  • AIA may decline the reward if the content is misleading, inappropriate, unverifiable, or inconsistent with brand and compliance requirements.
  • The reward is generally applied against AIA fees or otherwise delivered in a format determined by AIA.
  • Offers may be updated, paused, withdrawn, or replaced by AIA at any time.
  • Rewards, rebates, and credits are not automatically transferable unless AIA agrees otherwise.
  • AIA reserves the right to verify all claims before confirming any reward.
  • Nothing on this page limits AIA’s discretion to assess fit, risk, compliance, or service suitability.
  • Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
